Evie Parks is a lifelong Pasco County resident with more than 40 years of professional and volunteer leadership dedicated to strengthening her community. She brings extensive experience in fundraising, event planning, donor relations, and volunteer management, having served in key roles with organizations such as HPH Hospice, CARES, Inc., and the State House of Representatives. Throughout her career, Evie has demonstrated a talent for building meaningful relationships, organizing impactful initiatives, and leading large-scale efforts—from recruiting and training hundreds of volunteers to managing donor programs and coordinating major community events. Guided by Rotary’s principle of “Service Above Self,” she is deeply committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of others.
In addition to her professional work, Evie has been a cornerstone of civic engagement in Pasco County through decades of service with organizations including the Rotary Club of New Port Richey and Trinity, Leadership Pasco, the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce, and numerous community initiatives such as Chasco Fiesta. Her leadership has earned her widespread recognition, including Rotary District 6950 Rotarian of the Year, the Mel Greene Legacy Award, multiple Paul Harris Fellow honors, and a city proclamation declaring “Evie Parks Day.” Known for her energy, dedication, and heart for service, Evie continues to be a respected leader and advocate for her community.
